Micronized wax used in rubber and plastic

As a lubricant, it improves processing efficiency: In the extrusion of PVC
profiles and pipes, micro-powder wax can serve as an external lubricant,
reducing friction between the melt and metal equipment, preventing adhesion,
and facilitating smoother demolding; at the same time, it also acts as an
internal lubricant, lowering the viscosity of the resin melt, thereby
increasing production speed and output.
As a dispersant, improving product quality: In the production of color
masterbatches or filler masterbatches, micro-powdered wax serves as an
excellent dispersant for pigments and fillers. It ensures a more uniform
distribution of colorants and fillers within the resin, thereby enhancing the
appearance, gloss, and performance stability of the final product. In rubber
applications, the addition of micro-powdered wax also improves resistance to
soiling and sun-induced cracking.
