Product Introduction:
Lamination Model #520YA adopts the laminating process of manual feeding, manual
pressurization, automatic laminating and automatic pneumatic separating.
Excellent laminating performance completely solves the phenomenon of snowflakes
and spots in the traditional laminating process, greatly saves the cost for
users and improves the product grade.

This machine is equipped with perforator, film slitter, electric anti-crimp
system, frequency control. The compact and reasonable structure design of the
integrated frame greatly saves the floor space of the equipment. The thickened
wallboard of the integrated frame increases the stability of the machine
operation and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

Function Introduction:
1.The baffles of paper feed platform can be adjusted according to the paper
width.
2.Heating method: infrared heating, with thickened steel roller, temperature is
stable, and the temperature can be adjusted according to the lamination
requirements. Independent temperature control system, will alarm in case
temperature out of control.
3.Pressurization method: manual hydraulic pressurization system can provide
stable high pressure to ensure the quality of lamination.
4.Perforator: a row of holes can be perforated at the edge of the film to
facilitate paper cutting.
5.Film slitter: to slit the wide film roll (relative to the width of the
paper), cutting the surplus film on the film axis.
6.Industrial level electric anti-crimp function to solve the problem of thin
paper crimp.
7.Automatic pneumatic separating system: laminated paper can be separated
automatically, the separating distance is adjustable according to the required
paper length.
