Molybdenum Mandrel Plugs for Piercing Steel Rods

Molybdenum plug is made of molybdenum titanium zirconium carbon alloy, which is
used to produce the mandrel plugs for seamless steel pipe and tube.

Chemical composition
Molybdenum base alloy: Ti=0.5%，Zr=0.08-0.1%，C=0.02-0.03%

Mo content:>95%

Density >9.7g/cm3
Dimension: Dia.20-150mm, length 300mm max

Application: piericing seamless steel tube, such as stainless steel, steel,
high temperature alloy steel, molybdenum and other special parts. Mainly used
for piericing seamless steel tubes such as stainless steel, brazing steel,
bearing steel and high temperature alloy steel.
