Common Types and Application Scenarios
By actuation method: Types include manual, pneumatic, and electric. Examples
include manual knife gate valves (such as the PZ73X series), pneumatic
penetrating gate valves, and electric ceramic knife gate valves, meeting
diverse automation control requirements.
By structure: Slurry valves are categorized as wafer-type (compact, suitable
for space-constrained applications), concealed-stem (with concealed stem,
resistant to harsh environments), and integrated slurry valves, such as the
PZ73H/X series wafer-type soft-seal slurry valves.
By seal material: hard seals (e.g., metal seals, resistant to high temperatures
and high pressures) and soft seals (e.g., rubber seals)
