Common Tempers

H18 Temper (Hard Temper)

Produced through cold rolling and partial annealing. It features high tensile strength
and rigidity, with relatively lower elongation. This temper is suitable for applications
requiring good shape retention and stiffness, such as fixed-form lid materials, liners, or
standalone foil sheets. It provides excellent protection and dimensional stability.

O Temper (Fully Annealed)

After full annealing, the material becomes extremely soft with very high elongation. It
is specifically designed for deep drawing and complex forming processes, such as
blister cavities or packaging irregularly shaped pharmaceuticals, without cracking. It
offers outstanding formability and processing adaptability.
