OPE wax for plastic and rubber

Oxidized polyethylene wax is an excellent new type of polar wax. Due to the
presence of a certain amount of carbonyl and hydroxyl groups in its molecular
chain, it exhibits significantly improved compatibility with fillers,
pigments, and polar resins.
It serves as a dispersant, lubricant, brightener, and coupling agent for
pigments or fillers in applications such as concentrated color masterbatches,
polypropylene masterbatches, additive masterbatches, and filler
masterbatches.
As a lubricant, release agent, and compatibilizer in rubber and plastic
processing, EVA wax exhibits excellent compatibility with various rubbers.
Its high melting point and low viscosity enhance resin flowability,
relatively reduce energy consumption during resin mixing, minimize adhesion
between resin and molds, facilitate easy demolding, and provide both internal
and external lubrication. It also offers good antistatic properties.
As a dispersant and anti-scratch agent in inks.
As a viscosity regulator in hot melt adhesives.
