Oxidised polyethylene wax is a versatile polymeric material with extensive
applications across plastics, coatings, inks and other sectors. Its unique
lubricating properties enable it to play a significant role in these fields.
Specifically, the lubricating effect of oxidised polyethylene wax manifests
primarily in reducing the coefficient of friction between materials,
enhancing processing fluidity, and improving product surface gloss.
During plastic processing, oxidised polyethylene wax can serve as an internal
lubricant. It is compatible with plastic resins, reducing intermolecular
friction in the molten state to enhance melt flow and processing properties.
In the coatings and inks sector, polyethylene oxide wax is predominantly
employed as an external lubricant. In these applications, it forms a smooth
