OPE WAX used for hot melt adhesive viscosity modifier

OPE wax is commonly used as a viscosity modifier for hot melt adhesives,
primarily relying on its low viscosity and high softening point properties to
adjust the fluidity and application performance of the adhesive. ‌‌
Improve adhesion and wettability: Polar groups make the colloid wet the
adherend better, resulting in stronger adhesion.
Improve heat resistance: The high melting point characteristic helps enhance
the temperature resistance of hot melt adhesives.
Easy to demold: In the EVA hot melt adhesive system, it can also act as an
auxiliary agent, improving adhesive performance while facilitating demolding
during application.
