Paper release liners from Zonem are designed to provide consistent, high-

clay-coated kraft (CCK), super-calendered kraft (SCK), and specialty kraft

Product Overview
Zonem’s paper release liners provide precise release control, minimal adhesive
transfer, and excellent runnability for high-speed converting and die-cutting
operations. Our liners operate reliably across a temperature range of 140°C–
250°C and are available in multiple release force bands. Color, thickness,
width, and length can be customized to match your process. Each batch undergoes
strict quality inspection in Class 100000 clean workshops to ensure consistent
performance. Key applications include kiss-cut and die-cut operations, self-
adhesive tape backings, protective films, electronic components, medical
applications, and food packaging.
