PFA Coated Electric Heating Plate with Programmable Temperature Control

1. PFA coated heating surface with a corrosion-resistant cast aluminum plate,
enabling rapid heat-up and excellent chemical resistance.
2. The heating plate and control unit can be designed as a separate structure
to minimize corrosion of electronic components.
3. Optional programmable timing function with multi-stage temperature
control.
4. Exposed sections of the power cable are protected with PFA tubing to
further prevent corrosion from acid vapors.
5. Compatible with a wide range of Teflon labware, including beakers,
crucibles, digestion tubes, digestion vessels, and inner liners.
6. Available with a perforated support rack or integrated design; hole
diameter, depth, and quantity can be customized.

Usage:
Suitable for laboratory processes such as sample heating, digestion,
evaporation to dryness, boiling, and acid removal (acid evaporation).Widely
used in sample preparation workflows for trace and ultra-trace elemental
analysis.
