Pharmaceutical Equipment Features
It consists of extracting tank, tubular heater evaporator; condenser; oil
filter oil-water separator; liquid pump, metering tank, storage tank, filter;
vacuum pump, power distribution cabinet, etc. There are demisters in extracting
tank and evaporator's top steam outlet. It can be equipped with a heating
system.
It's applied to thermal reflux extraction and concentration, conventional
extraction, concentration, water (ethanol) precipitation, percolation, etc.
It can work under negative, normal and positive pressure conditions for water
extraction, ethanol extraction or solvent extraction. The water extraction
temperature can reach 40%, which is suitable for low temperature extraction and
concentration. It meets GMP and HACCP requirements.
It has great advantages in multi functions, high efficiency; energy saving and
a wide range of operations.
