Project Background
A large-scale pig farming company in Spain was facing challenges with
traditional concrete and metal wall structures in its farrowing and nursery
rooms. Moisture retention, bacterial buildup, and difficult daily cleaning
routines were causing hygiene and maintenance issues. The client was looking
for durable, hygienic, and easy-to-install solutions for internal wall cladding
and livestock housing fixtures.



Challenges
Existing cement and brick walls were hard to clean and cracked easily under
high humidity.

Ammonia corrosion caused significant wall and floor damage.

Poor ventilation resulted in high humidity and respiratory issues in piglets.

Local contractors needed modular materials for faster installation.
