This machine is mostly used for large-scale continuous foaming production
(density is about 6-100kg/m3). Using advanced touch screen and PLC operating
system, it has high degree of automation, low production cost and good foam
quality.
It is the most ideal equipment for large-scale foam production. Man-machine
interface, constantly changing the formula, can produce Yinggao slow rebound,
electronic cotton, bra cotton, polyester cotton, yellow resistance grade 3-5,

How is the packing of the machine?

The entire machine will be nude packing. Some of the parts will be pack in
wooden case. Others will be a simple pack with paper or foam sheets with
plastic film.

How many containers will be needed for the whole set of machines?

For the standard 13 groups of Automatic continuous foam machine Total, three
containers are enough 2*40HQ+1*20GP. In order to save the place and the cost of
delivery, we will also put some parts inside the raw material tank.

We will try the best way to pack all the machine well and also save the freight
cost.
