Polyester Liner Fabric

Our Polyester Liner Fabric is an industrial-grade liner fabric made from
1000D PET fibers. It is specifically designed for body plies carcass, belts,
inner liners, sidewalls, and treads applications, offering high strength and
durability. The Polyester Liner Fabric is produced by interweaving high-
strength polyester multifilament and polyester monofilament in a plain weave,
followed by high-temperature setting and ultrasonic cutting with edge sealing.
This fabric provides several advantages, including light weight, low moisture
absorption, minimal electrostatic effect, good stiffness, anti-aging
properties, and excellent resistance to wear and deformation. With superior
vertical and horizontal strength, it has a service life of over 4 years and can
be reused up to 400 times.
