This Posterior Thoracolumbar Spinal System 5.5 is a comprehensive posterior
spinal fixation solution composed of pedicle screws, titanium rods, cross-links,
domino connectors, locking caps, lateral connectors, iliac screws, and hooks. 
It is designed to restore the anatomical alignment and physiological curvature of
the spine while supporting partial or full biomechanical loads in cases of spinal
deformity or instability. 
The system enables posterior implantation of pedicle screws into the thoracic and
lumbar vertebrae, followed by realignment via distraction, compression, and
reduction.
