Poverty Reduction in Kenya

Kenya.Average amount of spending made on behalf of citizen per day is
Sh175,yet 43% or 22.21mn in poverty.Only 1.5% of Kenyan population is
employed by govt,from 53 mn, but more often than not, ECONOMIC JUSTICE and
EQUITY is ELUSIVE.SALARY to those employed(approx 2.9 mn) is MANDATORY for
OTHERS DISCRETION.We make daily income to ALL 29 mn ADULTS
MANDATORY,starting with at least Sh1 to Sh800 per person per day.We make
ALL ACTIVELY getting ECONOMIC JUSTICE .Myriad activities simultaneously
happen but selective implementation of JUSTICE occurs.We make ALL INCLUSIVE
EARN and SPEND availed amounts .We create a system where ALL 50 mn Kenyans
BY DEFAULT participate AND BENEFIT by NOT doing malpractices.We create a
system where ALL THE 53 mn KENYANS decide their priority.If monthly total
exceeds Sh24,000,the taxman becomes interested;we keep this as OUR
CEILING. Discrimination would be made on a case by case basis on what EVERY
UNIVERSALLY AVAILED shilling to a person would be on applied appropriate
multiple,EXCLUDING the concerned individual ALL subjected to that common
economic denominator we ensure they shall have.If "S" earns Sh5,000 pm but
steals Sh100,000,multiple is 20.All but "S" are availed goods/services at
fraction of 20.Myriads of instances accur. Such corrective discrimination
may be practised EVEN ON ALL the 53 mn IF NEED BE.This would result in
DEFLATION and FAVOURABLE exchange rates.Perhaps Sh5 to Sh15 trillion(trn),
(about $50 to $150 bn) has been removed from Kenya to other
jurisdictions,with Sh700bn extracted EVERY YEAR.WHATEVER returns these
EARN we create a process of INVITING TOWARDS Kenya SIMILAR
AMOUNTS,EARNING HIGHER.If NO TAXES were paid to the Kenyan tax authorities
when they left similarly NO TAX SHOULD be levied/expected.The Sh24,000 per
month for 29 mn Kenyans is ANOTHER opportunity existing irrespective of
flows,not confined to the1.1% adults.The floor of amounts to ALL Kenyans
should be to allow discriminatory charges eliminated.All allowable charges
on 29 mn adults results in a Sh12.321 trn ($12.3 bn) THEORETICAL hole.If a
Kenyan resource allocation spectrum is considered on the face of a
clock,where every minute indicates a year,in Q1,there is a great
deficit,to less than one third of the radius;if it were a wheel,here it
would wobble and crash.In the Q 2 &3,it is bumpy,growing but in oscillation
and turmoil. In Q4 it would protrude four times the raduis average!THIS
WHEEL CANNOT MOVE !!!We transfer the economic gravity of decisions now
made from few players to majority citizens,in PERPETUITY.In 2019/2020
budget,790,000 civil servants were to earn Sh830bn excluding 52.21
mn.Average salary in govt being Sh78,000 pm.Another 1.8 mn employed in
private sector average salary is Sh65,000 pm,so only 2.5 mn are
employed,out of the 29mn people in working age. Average govt debt per
capita is Sh134,000;per capita income Sh190,000 pa. The budget averages
about Sh175 per citizen per day, yet,43.6% or 21.8 mn people live in
poverty (under Sh200pd).Providing traction for EACH KENYAN should start
with leveraging at least Sh1 in $500,000 units,where each "investee"
decides equal amount(s).Tax havens have over $20 trn in amounts seeking
among others better returns. If top ten freely-traded bank stocks with ten
shares of Safaricom in NSE is valued at Sh1,000,for this basket to reach
Sh50,000,000,where each Kenyan has Sh1,would require 50,000 lots. This may
incorporate NSE with other investments,until every Kenyan decides Sh
288,000pa.Amounts committed are leveraged to wants/needs determined by
citizens/consumers."If you had Sh1 (or availed amount),what would you use
it for?"-is a question every Kenyan will answer for themselves which we
produce/provide.Existing malpractices would be crowded out,in effect
"vaccuum-cleaned" out.The dangerous anachronism exponentially created
should be automatically checked/ reversed.The 2% R&D budget on a $100 bn
enterprise is reasonable.We make VALUE CREATED as determinant of salary.We
synchronize this daily total to have all available 29 mn Kenyans
employed,increasing value to them.Employment may include ALL at ANY
time.SUCCESSIVE DYNAMICS on all resultant effects to the economy will
