PPE is one of the five major general-purpose engineering plastics. Due to its

and dimensional stability, it is widely used in the automotive and
electronics industries.
Applications in the Automotive Sector
Lightweight components: Used to manufacture exterior body parts such as
fenders, bumpers, wheel covers, and intake manifolds. Compared to metal,
these components can reduce weight by up to 40%, contributing to carbon
peaking goals.
Engine Compartment Components: Components such as radiator grilles, high-
voltage connectors, and battery pack assemblies can withstand high
temperatures and coolant corrosion.
Applications in the Electronics Sector
High-Frequency, High-Speed Materials: Due to their extremely low dielectric
constant and minimal susceptibility to temperature and humidity, these
materials are widely used in 5G base station antenna radomes, high-frequency
copper-clad laminates, radar radomes, and phase shifters.
