Premium Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Grill Burger Press Description
Cast iron is a classic material for making hamburger molds. This round burger
press is large enough, with a platen surface nearly 8 inches in size, making it
ideal for pressing hamburger patties, fried foods (including paninis, grilled
cheese, tortillas, mashed potatoes), and more. The resulting hamburgers are
perfectly round and thin, with crispy edges and a juicy interior. The mold's
weight helps reduce the cook's physical exertion, unlike some lightweight molds
made from thin stainless steel sheets.



Like all cast iron cooking utensils, this mold requires hand washing, should be
dried immediately after washing, and occasionally oiled for maintenance.



The burger press is available in round and rectangular shapes, and custom
shapes, sizes, logos, etc., are accepted. Handles are also customizable, with
options in cast iron, wood, and bakelite.
