HBP401 Series Gauge Pressure Sensor
The HBP401 Series Gauge Pressure Sensor measures gauge pressure over a range of
10kPa, housed in a SOP6 package, and provides mV analog bridge output.
It is 100% helium leak tested for hermetic package integrity, features a built-
in 1.8V~5.5V wide-voltage LDO for direct battery powering.
