PVC Coated Wire BWG 12-22 for Fencing and Binding
PVC Coated Wire is a professional export-grade coated steel wire, made of low-
carbon steel core with galvanized treatment and high-adhesion PVC coating. It
features excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and flexibility,
widely applied in fencing, wire mesh weaving, agricultural protection,
construction binding and industrial packaging. Available in BWG 12-22, custom
colors (green, black, etc.) and coil weights.
PVC Coated Wire is made by covering high-quality galvanized or low-carbon steel
wire with a uniform, high-adhesion PVC layer. It enhances corrosion resistance,
weather durability and operational safety, with a smooth, burr-free surface and
various color options. More flexible than bare galvanized wire, it is widely
used in fencing, mesh weaving, animal enclosures, garden tying and light
construction, ideal for outdoor and harsh environments.

Specifications
Material: Low carbon steel wire, electro galvanized wire, or hot dipped
galvanized wire.

Surface Finish: PVC coating over steel wire, with smooth surface and uniform
color.

Inner Wire Diameter: Commonly 0.6 mm to 4.0 mm, depending on strength and
application requirements.

Outer Diameter After Coating: Commonly 0.9 mm to 5.0 mm, based on the inner
wire and PVC coating thickness.

Coating Thickness: Usually about 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm per side for standard fencing
and binding applications.

Tensile Strength: Generally soft to medium tensile, suitable for tying,
weaving, bending, and mesh fabrication.

Common Colors: Green, black, white, blue, yellow, red, and customized colors.

Coil Weight: Small coils, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg, or customized packing.

Packing Options: Plastic film, woven bag, carton, spool, or pallet packing for
export shipment.

Main Features: Rust resistance, weather resistance, flexible handling, smooth
coating, good adhesion, and neat appearance.
