Roots Vacuum Bower

Aquatech blower supply various designs roots blowers to meet different
applications. The roots blowers can be tri lobe roots blower or twin lobe
roots blower, the tri lobe blower also called three lobe blower is more
advanced than twin lobe blower (2 lobe blower).

The roots vacuum blower are widely used in pneumatic conveying system for
bulk material transfer, eg. grains, plastic poweder, cement, suger etc.

The roots blowers are also widely used in wastewater treatment plant,
sewage treatment plant, aquaculture fish shrimp farming, mechnical vapor re
compression, gas booster and transfer etc. works as aeration blower,
backwash blower, oxidation blower, gas blower etc.

The volume flow capacity of aquatech roots blower is from 30 m3/hr to 30000
m3/hr, the pressure of single stage roots blower can reach to 1.0 bar.

When the roots blower works as steam compressor or called MVR blower, it
mostly used for project with mass capacity below 5 ton/hr, and the
temperature raise can maximum 20 centigrade higher.
