Description:

The most common metalworking fluid is emulsion. The emulsion is made by mixing
the concentrate into water, not the other way around. The concentrate consists
of mineral oil and possible synthetic esters as well as emulsifiers and other
additives. When the concentrate is mixed with water, a milky white emulsion is
formed. Depending on the process and metal, the concentrate is mixed into
different concentrations. This type of product can range from technically
relatively simple formulas to highly complex formulas.
