Seamless conductor bar

The DMWF-type seamless conductor system comprises PVC and copper, with four
main types: Pole III, Pole IV, and Pole VI. The main accessories of the system
include flat steel brackets, lifting hangers, current collectors, line feeding,
end tensioners, and other essential components. The conductor material is T2
copper to ensure high conductivity, while the housing is made of PVC and
calcium carbonate powder to enhance flexibility and hardness for extended
service life.
This seamless conductor system is mainly used in automation
equipment, three-dimensional garages, workshop assembly lines, crane power
supply, and other related industries. The maximum track running length is 100
meters, and the running speed should not exceed 200 meters per minute.

Material Quality
A. The conductor is made of industrial pure copper T2 electrolytic copper with
a copper content of ≥99.90%. It has high current density, low impedance, small
line loss, fast heat dissipation, and is economical and practical.
B. The housing is made of highly insulated, flame-retardant engineering
plastic, which is flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and resistant to high
temperatures and salt spray corrosion. Ensuring no harm to maintenance
personnel who touch the outside of the power transmission conduit. The
housing's protection level is IP23.
Product structure
A. The installation bending radius is small, and the minimum bending radius is
750mm.
B. Compact structure, can be installed even in a small space.
C. The collector runs smoothly, with sensitive up, down, left and right
movements without any jamming.
