Device features:
1、The gear reducer of this unit adopts the latest hard tooth surface gear
reducer with high strength, high stability, low noise and large bearing
capacity.
2、The screw of this machine is high efficiency, double mixing and double metal
separation type, which has excellent plasticizing and mixing ability,
especially suitable for recycled granule.
3、The barrel cooling system can automatically adjust temperature using oil,
water, or gas (users may select the appropriate cooling medium based on
specific conditions). This ensures the material undergoes mixing, plasticizing,
and foaming at a constant temperature, resulting in uniformly dense foam sheets
with sufficient hardness, toughness, and a smooth, flat surface.
4、The three-roll horizontal installation with synchronous drive and frequency
conversion speed regulation ensures smooth operation of the calender rolls. The
rolls are made of 45# seamless steel pipes treated with special processes to
significantly reduce surface gradients, resulting in smooth, flat sheets with
clear patterns. The movable frame allows production of sheets with different
surfaces without changing the roll position, thereby shortening roll
replacement time and improving efficiency.
5、With minor modifications, the production unit can manufacture PP, PE
(microfoamed), PS, and ABS sheets for various industries including luggage,
handbags, golf equipment manufacturing, packaging, stationery, and medical
boards, significantly enhancing its compatibility.
