PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product Details

380V 440V 315KW 355KW 400KW Frequency Inverter VFD For Asynchronous Motor

1. Independent duct design

Independent air duct design, effectively preventing dust entering inverter, causing
short-circuit and other faults and improving reliability

Use bigger air volume and long life cooling fan effectively reduces the internal
temperature rise of the inverter and ensures reliable and stable operation of
inverter.

2. Positioning Capability without External Devices

Use an IPM motor to perform position control – without motor feedback. Electrical
saliency in IPM motors makes it possible to detect speed, direction and rotor
position without the use of external feedback devices.

Positioning functionality without a PLC. Visual programming in DriveWorcsEZ
eliminates the need for external controllers by giving the user the power to create
customized functions such as position control.

How to install variable frequency inverter(vfd)

The installation process for a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) can vary depending on
the specific model and manufacturer, so it's important to refer to the
manufacturer's instructions and guidelines. However, here are some general steps
that can be followed:

Select a suitable location: Choose a location that is clean, dry, and well-
ventilated, with adequate space for the VFD and any other associated components.

Mount the VFD: The VFD should be mounted securely on a flat, vibration-free
surface, and any wiring should be secured and protected from damage.

Connect power: The power supply for the VFD should be connected according to the
manufacturer's instructions, which typically involve connecting the VFD to a
suitable AC power source.

Connect the motor: Connect the motor to the VFD according to the manufacturer's
instructions, which may involve wiring the motor to the VFD's output terminals.

Configure the VFD: Follow the manufacturer's instructions to configure the VFD for
the specific application, which may involve setting parameters such as maximum and
minimum speeds, acceleration and deceleration rates, and overload protection
settings.

Test the VFD: Once the VFD is installed and configured, test it thoroughly to
ensure that it is operating correctly and safely. This may involve running the
motor at different speeds and loads and checking for any issues or abnormalities.

It's important to note that the installation process for a VFD should only be
attempted by qualified personnel who are familiar with electrical systems and
safety procedures. Improper installation can result in damage to the VFD or motor,
as well as serious injury or even death.
