coil materials cannot produce quality products without stress-relieving
leveling, the performance of the leveling machine plays a critical role in
production.
Engineered for optimal leveling of thin materials (0.1-0.6mm) including
stainless steel, copper, iron, and aluminum sheets, delivering flawless
flattening results.
Constructed with premium SUJ2 imported steel rollers, heat-treated to HRC 60°,
precision hard-chrome plated and ground to ensure uniform coating thickness and
±0.002mm cylindricity tolerance.
Features a floating four-point balanced micro-adjustment system with dial
indicator for rapid precision alignment, enabling swift achievement of optimal
leveling parameters.
Full-drive dual roller system eliminates power loss and surface scratches
caused by passive rotation in conventional models, ensuring energy efficiency
and material integrity.
Advanced lubrication system enhances operational longevity and maintains
micron-level precision during extended production runs.
Optional hinged-opening mechanism facilitates quick roller compartment access
for debris removal and maintenance.
Thin Material Enhancement:
SNL Type Single/Two stage Precision Straightener Equipped with auxiliary
support rollers between upper/lower leveling shafts to prevent pressure-induced
bending deformation. This patented configuration triples roller lifespan while
enhancing leveling intensity, achieving superior surface flatness (≤0.05mm/m²)
for ultra-thin materials (0.1-0.6mm). Particularly effective for processing
high-strength alloys and tempered metals.
