Solid state high frequency (HF) welder
Solid state high frequency (HF) welder is mainly used for carbon steel welded
pipe induction welding . Using Germany IXYS brand MOSFET IXFN38N100Q2 38A/1000V
and fast recovery diode DSEI 2X61-12B 61A/1200V forming series resonance
inverter circuit, the solid state HF welder has a long life time with a low
failure rate.

Features of solid state high frequency welder
1. Using MOSFET semiconductor , no life limit, which make sure the long life
time of welder.
2. Adopting SIEMENS PLC and HMI to connect the power supply and the production
line to achieve real-time monitoring of the whole production line
3. All kinds of protection functions. Including short circuit, open circuit,
over current, over voltage etc.
4. High speed welding but good welding quality. Energ-saving up to 25~30%
compared with vacuum tube welder.
