The thermal vacuum test chamber mainly simulates a high-temperature and high-
vacuum environment through the coordinated action of a vacuum system and a
heating/cooling system. The vacuum system expels the gas in the vacuum chamber
through components such as vacuum pumps, gas condensers and pressure sensors,
bringing the internal pressure close to a vacuum state. The heating system is
usually composed of resistance wires, radiant heaters or high-frequency
heaters, etc. The heating power and temperature are regulated by controlling
the current and voltage of the heating elements. In practical operation, a high
vacuum environment is formed by the combination of a main pump (such as a
mechanical pump) and a molecular pump to evacuate the vacuum chamber. The
heating system heats or cools the chamber through electric heating wires or
liquid nitrogen, creating a uniform temperature field in the heat sinks of the
chamber, simulating a space environment with both vacuum and a wide temperature
