Spray-scraping & Sanding Integrated Robot 433D

The Fangshi 433D is a three-function integrated interior wall finishing robot
that automates the three core wall surface construction operations — putty
spray-scraping, putty sanding, and latex paint spraying — in a single
autonomous machine. Designed for interior decoration construction contractors
working on residential buildings, apartment complexes, office buildings, and
standard-height commercial interiors, the 433D replaces what would
traditionally require separate machines and separate specialized crews for each
finishing stage.
Built on Fangshi's proprietary Embodied Intelligence platform, the robot
combines a 6-DOF robotic arm with an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)
omnidirectional mobile base to autonomously navigate room interiors, identify
and adapt to walls, ceilings, bay windows, and structural beams, and execute
each finishing stage with consistent precision. The system reaches construction
heights up to 3.3 meters — covering the full vertical surface of standard
residential and commercial interiors — and delivers arm attitude accuracy of
±1° with positioning accuracy of ±5 cm throughout autonomous operation.
