Starfire SG1024/MC Printhead

The Starfire SG1024/MC Printhead is a high-performance inkjet printhead designed primarily for industrial ceramics production and other demanding printing applications. It features 1024 independent channels arranged in 8 rows on a single metal nozzle plate, enabling a native resolution of up to 400 dpi. The nozzle plate is engineered for abrasion resistance and durability, allowing long service life in harsh environments.

Maximum firing frequency up to 30 kHz depending on droplet size.

Durable, collar-mounted metal nozzle plate designed to withstand abrasion and is removable for cleaning or replacement.
