TDL5Y Oil Testing Centrifuge

TDL5Y is our stand alone oil testing centrifuge for conical ASTM oil testing tubes.
It meets the requirements of GB/T6533-86 standard,and makes use of centrifugal
separation to determine the water content of your crude oil sample. It is an ideal
separation equipment for water determination in oil  exploitation Industry and
scientific research institutions.
Product advantages
* LCD display to show rotor No., speed, time, temperature, RCF, ACC/Dec rate and
trouble information/error code.
* Circular heater for fast heating and temperature uniformity realizes the
functions of temperature controlling and temperature holding,which meet the
temperature requirements for oil industry.
* The tube is manufactured by special process, which won't be broken so easily
during operation , and it's widely used in Daqing Oilfield.
* Self-diagnosis system can automatically detect the faults of over-speed, over
temperature and display the error code on the display screen to improve the safety
performance.
*Simple operation:Microprocessor control and touch panel. Speed, RCF, temperature,
time and ACC/Dec rates can be set freely.The parameters can be revised during a run
for convenient use.
