Applications: 1. Catalyst in organic synthesis reactions. As a catalyst or
catalyst precursor, it is widely used in organic synthesis reactions.
Especially in some acid-catalyzed reactions, it can promote the reaction and
increase the reaction rate. Common applications include esterification
reactions, nucleophilic reactions, and olefin polymerization, etc.
2. Precursor of ionic liquids. Tetraethyl p-toluenesulfonic acid ammonium can
be used as a precursor of ionic liquids in certain reactions. By reacting with
