Three-axis Inspection Machine

The three-axis inspection machine is equipped with independent x,y,z axis, with
fast-speed and high-precision, full-field array cameras. The equipment can
replace vehicles and different  inspection paths according to different models
of products, and complete accurate image splicing. At last, the defects in
different positions and depths of field of products are inspected through AI
algorithms. The Three-axis Inspection equipment is equipped with a quality
traceability system, which records the test results of each product and
completes the data statistics by scanning the code. The machine applies to 3C
electronics, automotive parts, new energy industry, glue testing industry and
other fields, but also through the requirements of different industries
corresponding to the development of new functions.
