Torsional Shear Bolt

Torque-shear bolt is also well known for torsional shear bolt, is a
specialized high-strength fastener designed for critical structural
connections. Its external feature is that the bolt head is cup head, and at the
end of the rod, there is a plum blossom-shaped "breaking groove" (i.e., the
torque control section), which is used in conjunction with the matching torque-
shear type nuts and washers.
