Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber
UHMWPE Fiber to solve friction, wear and material flow problems in many areas

UHMWPE Fiber is odorless tasteless and nontoxic. It is highly resistant to
corrosive chemicals except oxidizing acids has extremely low moisture
absorption and a very low coefficient of friction. It is self-lubricating. It
is highly resistant to abrasion and can reach 15 times more resistant to
abrasion than carbon steel under certain conditions. Its coefficient
0 friction is significantly lower than that of nylon and acetal, and is
comparable to that of polytetrafluoroethylene (PETE, Teflon), but UHMWPE has
better abrasion resistance than PTEE.
