The spray pyrolysis method is to spray the solution onto a heated base after
atomization, and then obtain the desired material structure on the base. This
material preparation method is particularly suitable for depositing oxides, and has
a long history in the application of preparing transparent electrodes. Now this
method is widely used in the preparation of perovskite-type solar cells.

This equipment is an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis equipment independently researched
and developed by our company. It is equipped with a 40KHz 130W ultrasonic atomizer,
a PID temperature-controlled heating substrate, a high-precision peristaltic pump
and a precision programmed stepping motor moving mechanism . Through the integrated
design, this equipment can precisely control the parameters of the solution output,
the spraying speed of the mist particles and the size of the mist particles. At the
same time, the substrate temperature can also be controlled, which can meet your
various test requirements.
