Water Evaporation MVR Blower Steam Compressor

Aquatech blower supply various designs roots blowers to meet different
applications. The roots blowers can be tri lobe roots blower or twin lobe
roots blower, the tri lobe blower also called three lobe blower is more
advanced than twin lobe blower (2 lobe blower).

One of the widely used application of aquatech roots blowers is to heat the
flash steam and back it to the evaporator with higher temeprature, the
system are mostly called mechnical vapor recompression, so the roots blower
here is popular as MVR blower or called steam compressor.

The roots blowers are also widely used in wastewater treatment plant,
sewage treatment plant, aquaculture fish shrimp farming, pneumatic
conveying bulk material transfer, gas booster and trnasfer etc.

The volume flow capacity of aquatech roots blower is from 30 m3/hr to 30000
m3/hr, the pressure of single stage roots blower can reach to 1.0 bar.

When the roots blower works as steam compressor or called MVR blower, it
mostly used for project with mass capacity below 5 ton/hr, and the
temperature raise can maximum 20 centigrade higher.
