Wire Mesh Cable Tray

Wire mesh cable tray is used for routing low voltage cables, telecommunication
cables, data cables, and fiber optic cables on short spans. It is made from
welded steel wire mesh with an open basket structure. The open design helps
cable ventilation and makes cable checking easier during installation and
maintenance. Standard length is 3000 mm. Common mesh pitch is 100 x 50 mm, and
50 x 50 mm can be made by order.

50 x 50 mm can be made by order. Surface finish can be electro zinc plated, hot
dipped galvanized, powder coated, pre-galvanized, or stainless steel
electropolished. Width, height, wire diameter, finish, accessories, and packing
should be confirmed by project requirement.

microns when required

Hot Dipped Galvanized: For outdoor use, reference BS EN 1461-1999, commonly 60-
80 microns when required

Powder Coated: Mainly for indoor use. Color and coating thickness should be
confirmed by order

Pre-Galvanized: Z300 coating can be checked according to order

Stainless Steel Finish: Electropolishing available for stainless steel trays

Accessories: Hold down saddle, joiner clamp set, wall bracket, hanging bracket,
support, bolt and nut set

Packing: Iron pallet or export pallet packing

Use Note: Load capacity and support span should be checked according to tray
size, wire diameter, cable weight, and installation method.
