WZS Vibrating Feeder

The WZS series vibrating feeder produced by our company is a vibrating feeder
specially designed for continuous and uniform conveying of bulk materials for
crushing machinery in sand and gravel production lines. The machine adopts a
double eccentric shaft vibrator, which has stable vibration, reliable operation
and reasonable structural design, ensuring that the equipment can withstand the
impact of falling bulk materials while effectively avoiding the phenomenon of
materials rushing out of the trough. It is widely used in crushing and
screening combined equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, electronics,
construction, chemical industry and other industries.
At the same time, in order to deal with the problem of more impurities such as
soil in the original material, WZS series vibrating feeder of feeders has added
the optional function of step screening.
Bar screen surface: The screen surface is composed of multiple bars arranged.
The gap between the bars can be set according to the material screening
requirements. It is usually used for preliminary screening to remove impurities
such as soil and fine particles in the material or to screen out small
materials to increase the first crushing throughput.
Step design: The trough body is stepped, which causes the material to fall and
roll during the conveying process, increasing the contact opportunity between
the material and the screen surface and the screening effect, and at the same
time helps to evenly distribute and convey the material.
Layering and screening: After the material enters the feeder, under the action
of vibration, the smaller particles of the material pass through the gap
between the bars and fall to the lower discharge port, while the larger
particles of the material remain on the bars and are transported to the crusher
and other subsequent equipment.
Application field of WZS series vibrating feeder
- Mining industry: used for feeding and pre-screening before coarse crushing of
ore, removing soil and fine impurities in the ore, improving the production
efficiency of the crusher and reducing wear.
- Building materials industry: Screening and feeding of raw materials in the
production of sand and gravel aggregates, such as limestone, granite, etc., to
ensure that the material entering the crusher has a uniform particle size.
- Metallurgical industry: In the beneficiation process of metal ore, the ore
can be pre-screened to improve beneficiation efficiency and reduce energy
consumption.
