Chipless Thread Rolling Process
Our threading process is based on chipless cold forming. A cylindrical blank is
rotated and squeezed between hardened steel dies, which penetrate the blank’s
surface, forming threads without wasting material.
In-Feed and Thru-Feed Methods
In-Feed Method: Ideal for simultaneously forming the entire thread length
without axial movement.
Thru-Feed Method: Suitable for threads too long for the in-feed process.
