Plastic to oil continuous pyrolysis plant

Fuel oil from waste tyre pyrolysis plant

According to statistics, 6 million tons of scrap tires are produced each year in the United States and Japan. With the development of automobile-related industries, the number of used tires in the world is increasing every year! At the same time, the disposal of used tires has become a serious social problem. Faced with this serious social problem, the waste tire pyrolysis plant developed by DoingGroup can effectively treat these waste tires using the pyrolysis principle and crack them into Fuel, carbon black, steel wire, combustible gas. 1. Feed the raw materials (waste tires, plastics) into the reactor through a fully automatic feeder. The reactor should leave 1/3 of the space for smoother rotation. Then make sure the feeder door is closed. 2. Waste tire pyrolysis unit Pyrolysis process: The reactor is lightly heated by burning fuel (coal, wood, gas, or the last batch of produced tire oil). When the temperature reaches 100°C (250-280°C is the highest output rate interval), oil and gas will be released. The separated heavy oil gas from the manifold should be liquefied and dropped into a heavy tank. Lighter gas will rise to the oil condenser, liquefy into oil and store it in the tank. The non-condensable gas after dedusting by distillation and steam removal will be introduced into the recovery furnace. 3. After all fuel is generated, the reactor should be cooled. When the temperature drops 40 degrees, carbon black will be automatically discharged. If the raw material is the entire tire, remove the wire from the reactor with a hook of at least 50 degrees Celsius. 4. There may be a little exhaust gas, please discharge it after reaching the discharge standard. 5. Before starting the next batch, make sure all the work is done. Once this tire to oil recovery process is completed, the final product includes steel wire, carbon black and tire pyrolysis oil. This fuel oil is commonly used in industrial fuel materials for combustion only and even for further refining the product into diesel fuel. Specific uses are as follows: 1. Fuel oil: Used in steel plants, boiler heating, heavy oil generators, cement plants. 2. Carbon black: Used for pressure ball combustion, or refined milling, which can be used as a new tire, rubber soles, pigment manufacturing materials. 3. What is crude oil distillation?

The crude oil obtained by mining is a dark viscous liquid, which contains a large amount of impurities such as sand and salt water in addition to sulfides. Since crude oil is a hydrocarbon, it cannot be used directly as a fuel or as a base compound for the production of other useful substances. However, the crude oil can be distilled at high temperature to separate the impurities in the crude oil, thereby obtaining clean and transparent non-standard diesel oil. The specific process of crude oil distillation is as follows: 1. Overground Horizontal Waste Compaction and Transfer System

The theory of the process, in simple words, is discharging waste from above to a vertical container below taking advantage of the gravity. It is as simple as we dump the garbage in the trash can every day. Our technology is to make full use of the limited space and simplify the process of waste transfer. The waste container is considered as the core of the whole system. Every equipment of the transfer station is working around the container directly or indirectly. After the transfer truck places the container in the discharging position, the discharging hopper will be put above the container so that the waste can be discharged directly to it permitting no waste dropping out of the container. The compaction and load area is located in the center of the studio, the second floor of which is the area of discharging and the first floor is the auxiliary area.   Underground: The whole operation area is located underground. Over the station small buildings and green area can be built. Consequently this type of waste compaction system is ideal to be built under park, square and urban green zone as a perfect solution for insufficient space problem in cities. Waste transfer station system has a large capacity of production, which can reach to 1200 tons/day. The main buildings of the system occupy an area of 3940 ㎡ and the operation area is 60m long, 56m wide and 10 high.
