Beam machining Using a special Double-head CNC Lathe, both ends of the beam
are processed at the same time, and the axle coaxiality is guaranteed;
 
Medium frequency quenching is used at the bearing mounting position to obtain
strong fatigue resistance;

The bearing mounting position is processed by Fine Grinding Process to meet the
high dimensional accuracy requirements of the designed axle;
​​​​​​​
The brake base plate welded on the axle is bored with a special Six Hole Boring
Machine to ensure that the parallelism of the six holes meets the design
requirements of the axle.
One-piece beams  Using high-quality low alloy steel and double-head
extrusion process to obtain high loading capacity, long service life, light
weight and remarkable performances.
