2BE Water-ring vacuum pump

2BE-type water-ring vacuum pump and compressor is a high-efficiency, energy-saving
product developed by our company based on years of scientific research achievements
and production experience, combined with advanced technologies from international
counterparts. It is typically used to extract gases free of solid particles,
insoluble in water, and non-corrosive, thereby creating vacuum and pressure within
sealed containers. By altering the sealing material, it can also be employed to
extract corrosive gases or utilize corrosive liquids as the working medium. The
2BE-type water-ring vacuum pump is widely applied in industries such as
papermaking, chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food,
metallurgy, building materials, stone processing, coal washing, mineral
beneficiation, and fertilizer production.
The 2BE type water-ring vacuum pump adopts a single-stage single-action structural

We conducted systematic optimization design for key components of the 2BE-type
water-ring vacuum pump, such as the distributor plate, impeller, and pump shaft.
This simplified the structure and improved performance, achieving energy savings.
The impeller features welded construction, with blades formed through one-time
stamping and shaping, ensuring rational contour lines. All machining processes are
completed, fundamentally resolving dynamic balance issues. The impeller and pump
shaft adopt a thermal assembly interference fit, ensuring reliable performance and
smooth operation. After welding, the impeller undergoes comprehensive heat
treatment, giving the blades excellent toughness. This fundamentally guarantees the
blades' impact and bending resistance, enabling the 2BE-type water-ring vacuum pump
to adapt to harsh working conditions with load impact fluctuations.
The 2BE-type water-ring vacuum pump comes with a built-in air-water separator and
multiple discharge ports. The pump cover features an inspection window for the
exhaust valve. The clearance between the impeller and the distributor plate is
adjusted via the positioning shaft's end covers. It offers convenient installation,
simple operation, and easy maintenance.
