2CY Gear oil transfer booster pump

2CY gear pump is primarily used for conveying non-corrosive media with a viscosity
≤1500 CST, including heavy oil, diesel, and mechanical oil. The pump consists of a
pump body, pump cover, nitrided gears, bearing sleeves, and shaft-end seals. The
main driving gear is a spur gear installed within the shaft sleeve, with rotating
components self-lubricated by the conveyed medium. Four floating bearing sleeves
automatically adjust end-face clearance to maintain stable pressure. It can operate
at a working pressure of up to 2.5 MPa, with a flow rate range of 1.08-12 m³/h,
featuring low flow pulsation and high volumetric efficiency. As a positive
displacement pump, it achieves oil suction and discharge through gear meshing to
form enclosed space variations, making it suitable for oil transmission
pressurization, fuel injection pressurization, and hydraulic power systems. The
product employs a three-jaw elastic coupling for direct motor connection and is
equipped with a safety valve
