2cy High Pressure Gear Pump

2 cy series of high-pressure gear oil pump is suitable for the transportation of
fuel oil, diesel oil, machine oil, and other similar liquid.

The liquids do not contain particles or fiber, and temperature is not higher than
200 ℃, the viscosity is not more than 1500 CST.

The pump can be used as a transport, pressure, fuel injection, hydraulic and
lubrication pump, stainless steel gear pump is suitable for conveying corrosive
liquids without solid.

Structure features:

The 2CY series gear oil pump is composed of pump body, pump cover, gear, bearing
sleeve and shaft end seal.

The gears are nitride treated and have high hardness and wear resistance.

All moving parts in the pump are lubricated by the medium they are conveying.

The four bearing sleeves in the pump are installed in the pump body, and the end
clearance is automatically adjusted with the working pressure, so the pressure of
the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volume ratio is
high.

2CY series gear oil pump is simple and compact in structure, easy to use and
maintain, highly adaptable and efficient.

2YC series gear pump pressure is higher than other gear pumps.

It is suitable for conveying pressure requirements up to 2.5MPA liquid.
