AAK 2.5-Ton Hydraulic Manifold Processing Equipment & Skill

Mura from Türkiye, a very polite customer, has purchased hydraulic cartridge
valves from AAK for only 1 year. A few days ago, she needed to purchase a 7075-
T651 hydraulic manifold weighing 2.5 tons, and contacted me. I politely
declined because AAK does not have a processing center and cannot process a
hydraulic manifold weighing 2.5 tons. Mura told me that 1 week has passed and
this is the fifth hydraulic manifold manufacturer to refuse her. I told her
that with such a large tonnage, she can only find a manufacturer for oil
circuit blocks, not a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer. I can introduce
an oil circuit block manufacturer in Ningbo to her, but she actually requested
AAK to purchase this hydraulic manifold weighing 2.5 tons on her behalf.

I hesitated a bit, Mura only said one sentence: In Ningbo, I only trust AAK. If
the procurement of this 2.5 ton hydraulic manifold fails, the responsibility
lies with her. I am quite moved. There is an old saying in China that a
gentleman will die for the patron who recognizes his worth. If customers trust
you like this, you have no reason to cause trouble for them. After confirming
the contract for the 2.5-ton hydraulic manifold with Mura, I went to the oil
circuit factory that had previous business dealings that day and urged them to
complete the procurement of 7075-T651 materials that day. After the materials
arrived at the factory, I made a request to visit the processing plant every 3
days to pay attention to the production process and manufacturing quality of
hydraulic manifolds.

The equipment is crucial for processing large volume and heavy hydraulic
manifolds. We use Cincinnati Horizontal Machining Center for the processing of
2.5-ton hydraulic manifolds. Its X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis strokes are 4200mm,
2100mm, and 700mm respectively, ensuring that large hydraulic manifolds can be
processed. Set a processing speed of 45m/min and use centralized timed
lubrication to reduce guide rail wear, ensuring stable accuracy of the
hydraulic manifolds and ensuring its geometric accuracy. Especially the 220 °
rotation function of the A-axis and the arbitrary 360 ° rotation of the C-axis
can achieve 4-axis movement on one side of the spindle, ensuring processing
efficiency.

After 30 days, 10 hydraulic manifolds were produced and successfully shipped
out. Yesterday, I received an email from Mura. The hydraulic manifolds shipped
by AAK have been recognized by their engineers for the geometric accuracy,
valve hole accuracy, and deburring effect. She can finally rest assured, and I
can feel Mura's happiness from the lines of her email, at the same time, I am
also at ease.
