AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Needle Valve Fine Pressure Control

the hydraulic system provided by him and the anatomical sample of the original

valve is solved and the most suitable flow area is found, this hydraulic

After 60 days, AAK sent 10 samples of hydraulic cartridge needle valves.

Their engineers admired AAK's idea for the precise pressure control of the

1. The lower part of the valve rod of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve is
connected to the valve spool, and the upper part of the valve body has an
axially machined orifice in which an anti rotation cylinder can be inserted. A
circumferential lock is formed between the anti rotation cylinder and the valve
body.

2. The spool of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve is inserted into the anti
rotation cylinder and forms a circumferential lock between the cartridge and
the anti rotation cylinder, with an axial sealing and sliding fit. There are
oil inlet and outlet channels on the side and lower axial directions of the
valve body, respectively. At the same time, a through-hole is provided on the
valve spool to achieve pressure balance up and down the valve spool.

3. The valve seat is installed in the oil outlet passage and forms an axial
insertion fit with the upper valve spool. The upper part of the valve spool is
cylindrical, and the lower end is symmetrically provided with two V-shaped
throttle ramps. When the valve spool is closed, the valve spool chamfer surface
contacts the valve seat chamfer surface, which can achieve fluid cutoff.
