Airbag 3D vibration table (molding)
The 3D Vibration Table for Lost Foam Casting is designed for sand compaction
and mold stabilization during the molding process of the lost foam casting
equipment ​. By generating multi-directional vibration, the equipment ensures
uniform sand filling, improved mold strength, and stable casting quality.
Guoning provides heavy-duty vibration tables suitable for automated and semi-
automated casting production lines.
Plate thickness: 16mm, 20mm steel plate welding production;

Bottom vibration motor unit: 2 MV30-2 motors, maximum excitation force: 20KN,
power: 2KW;
Side vibration motor group 1:2 MV15-2 motors, maximum excitation force: 10KN,

Side vibration motor group 2: 2 MV15-2 motors, maximum excitation force: 10KN,
power: 1.3KW;
