BPRA-12PF Fully automatic assembly line for prismatic batteries
SUMMARIZE:
This line is mainly used for prismatic aluminum shell battery application
process, robot loading, cell sorting, cell thickness measurement, plasma
cleaning, cell PCAK sorting, manual adhesive/PC board sticking.Manual end-plate
pre-assembly, stacking robot, gantry robot, pole addressing, laser
pole cleaning, cell insulation voltage test, manual installation of CCS, CCS
bus welding, welding, post-cleaning, collection point test, insulation voltage
test.Post-cleaning, collection point test, insulation withstand voltage test,
comprehensive test, module off-line transfer line.
The rear section is mainly for liquid-cooled box on line, liquid-cooled box
cleaning, liquid-cooled board air tightness test, liquid-cooled board glue
application, module transfer.Liquid-cooled plate gluing, module transfer line
into the box, module fixing, installing series connection and total positive
and total negative copper rows, panel installation, installing fuses and BMS,
wiring harness installation and finishing the box cover installation,
comprehensive test.Insulation withstand voltage test, box air tightness test
MSN communication test, lifting off the line.
