The BQW mining explosion-proof sewage and sand discharge submersible electric pump,

Product Features
Designed and manufactured according to explosion-proof standards, the motor section
adopts strict explosion-proof measures. The motor casing is made of cast steel, the
rotor shaft is constructed from stainless steel, and the overcurrent components are
precision-cast from ductile iron. The unit can pump out shallow surface water from
the working face and operate submerged for extended periods. The electric pump
features a compact and lightweight structure, easy mobility, no need for priming,
double-sided sealing, durability, safety, and strong adaptability.
Product Use
It is used in mining faces, roadways, mine pit water sumps, localized water
accumulation pits, coal yard drainage, and engineering drainage, serving as an
advanced and reliable drainage tool. Suitable for underground roadways and mining
faces in coal mines, as well as environments with methane or coal dust explosive
gas mixtures where groundwater and coal-water containing suspended coal dust need
to be discharged. It is also applicable in explosive environments within the
petrochemical industry.
Terms of Use
The electric pump can operate continuously and normally under the following
applicable volumes
The power supply is a three-phase AC system with a frequency of 50Hz and a rated
voltage of 380V or 660V (tolerance ±5%). (The pump voltage must be specified
during order placement by the user.).
2. The electric pump can be submerged for neutralization, with a submersion depth
not exceeding 5 meters.
3. The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 40°C.
The pH of the liquid being pumped ranges from 6.5 to 10.
The volume ratio of solid impurities in wastewater generally does not exceed 2%.
6. The altitude must not exceed 1,000 meters.
